This condo has a lot of equipment and wiring that we relocated and completely reorganized. The living room features 7.1ch surround with 1080p projector and electric drop down screen. The master bedroom features 5.1ch surround with invisible speakers and subs by Stealth Acoustics and 720p projection on the bare wall. There is a distributed video system that shares a Comcast HD DVR, TiVo Premiere, Apple TV, and XBOX 360 to the two rooms. Additionally there is distributed audio in the kitchen and master bath and a Lutron lighting control system. Everything is controlled via RTI iPad and iPhone apps.
New cabinets and Middle Atlantic sliding racks to house all the equipment in its new location. All the wiring was retrofit and moved to a different wall in this 5th floor condo.

This 1905 home was updated with a 5.1 channel surround system and 55" smart LED TV in the living room, also distributed audio in the kitchen, dining room, and back yard. It features an RTI control system with iPad interface and Lutron lighting control. All of the wiring is concealed and retrofit through the walls, basement and ceiling bringing this turn of the century home up to modern standards for WiFi and automation. The equipment is hidden in the closet for easy access to load blu-rays but is otherwise unobtrusive.
This home theater system in Broomfield was installed 6 years ago. We brought it up to current standards with HDMI video and switching from a new Onkyo receiver. Everything is intuitively controlled with an RTI iPad app and hand held interfaces. We updated the home network to DOCSIS 3.0 and added a gigabit router. In addition to the theater update we wall-mounted a 32" TV in the guest bedroom with concealed wiring.
Working with I-Kota general contractors we installed 3 flat panel displays for the community gym at Acoma Luxury Rentals in downtown Denver. The workout facility has direct access to the pool deck and patio seating with music in the garden.
Sonos wireless music system in Longmont
The Sonos music system components are located in the basement and controlled over WiFi by an iPad. The homeoner can choose playlists and operate each zone independently or group zones for party mode. We installed a 4 zone music system with in-wall speakers in the great room, outdoor speakers on the patio, a play:5 portable zone, and integrated a Sonos zone into the home theater system. This new house in Longmont was prewired for distributed audio and we completed the install in one day
